It is Green Genomix’s policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while
operating our website. We treat our users’ privacy with the utmost care and are committed to
protecting any personally identifiable information you may provide us through your use of our
Services. Such information includes any data that can identify you, such as your name, email or
street address, or it may be information that could reasonably be linked back to you, including
information regarding your genotype ("Genetic Information"). This Privacy Policy applies to any and
all Services (as defined in the Terms and Conditions) provided by Green Genomix (herein referred to
as "the Company", "we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy, together with the Terms and
Conditions, set forth the general rules and policies governing your use of our Services.
By using any of the Services provided by Green Genomic you agree to the Green Genomix Terms and
Conditions and this Privacy Policy. By using our Services you are consenting to the collecting,
processing, and sharing of your Personal Information (including your Genetic Information if you have
taken a Green Genomix DNA test) as described in this Privacy Statement and in any other documents
referenced in this Privacy Statement.
1. Information We Collect
In the course of the provision of our Services, Green Genomix generally collects the following types
of information, (collectively, the "Personal Information").
Registration Information: When you purchase our Services or create an account we collect certain
Personal Information, such as your name, date of birth, billing and shipping address, payment
information (e.g., credit card) and contact information (e.g. email and phone number).
Self-Reported Information: If you purchase a DNA test kit you will be asked to provide us with
additional information about yourself through surveys and/or forms. For example, you may provide us
with information about your personal traits, lifestyle, and cannabis consumption habits.
Genetic Information: If you choose to provide us with DNA sample through a DNA test kit, we will
extract the DNA from your saliva at one of our partner laboratories. We then convert your DNA into
machine-readable code (the “DNA Data”).
Once our laboratory partner has produced your DNA Data, the DNA and biological sample will be stored
so that they can be available for future testing. Future testing may be done if you agree to our
Informed Consent for Research or if you otherwise consent to future testing of your biological
sample.
Third party services: If you use a third-party site, such as Facebook or Twitter, in connection with
our Services to communicate with another person (e.g., to make or post referrals or to request that
we communicate with another person), we collect information from any Facebook profile that you
choose to provide to us (for example your Facebook profile information).
Web-Behavior Information: We and our third-party service providers collect Information about how you
access our Services, including the Internet protocol (“IP”) address of your computer, mobile device,
or the proxy server that you use to access the Internet, in addition to other technical information
related to your computer or mobile device such as the browser type, language preference, referring
site, and the date and time of each visitor request. Green Genomix’s purpose in collecting
Web-Behavior Information is to better understand how Green Genomix’s visitors use its website. From
time to time, Green Genomix may release non-personally-identifying Web-Behavior Information in the
aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its website.
Cookies: To enhance your experience on our sites, many of our web pages use "cookies". We use
cookies to understand site usage and to improve the content and offerings on our sites. For example,
we may use cookies to personalize your experience on our web pages (e.g. to recognize you by name
when you return to our site). We also may use cookies to offer you products and services.
Cookies save you time as they help us to remember who you are. Cookies help us to be more efficient.
We can learn about what content is important to you and what is not. We can revise or remove web
pages that are not of interest and focus our energies on the content you want.

Minors: Our Services are not intended for anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect
personal information from or on behalf of someone under 18. If you are under 18, do not register on
our website or provide any information about yourself to us. If we learn we have collected or
received personal information from or on behalf of someone under 18, we will make commercially
reasonable efforts to remove the information and/or user account and not make future use of that
information to contact a minor. If you believe we might have any information from or about someone
under 18, please contact us.
2. How We Use Your Information
Green Genomix will use and share your Personal Information with third parties only in the ways that
are described in this Privacy Statement. We use your Personal Information to provide, personalize,
improve, update and expand our Services.
Your de-identified Genetic Information may be used for research purposes only if you have consented
through the Informed Consent for Research Agreement. If you choose to allow Green Genomix to share
your Genetic Information for research purposes then your Genetic Information will be used for
research purposes, but it will be de-identified and will not be linked to your Personal Information.
Green Genomix may share summary statistics, which do not identify any particular individual or
contain individual-level information, with our qualified research collaborators.
You may withdraw your consent to participate in Green Genomix research at any time by contacting us
(it may take up to 30 days to withdraw your information after you withdraw your consent). Any
research involving your data that has already been performed or published prior to your withdrawal
of consent will not be reversed, undone, or withdrawn.
Green Genomix may from time to time share User information with third party service providers, as
necessary for them to provide their services to us and help us perform our contract with you.
Service providers are third parties (other companies or individuals) that help us to provide,
analyze and improve our Services.
We may share “Aggregate Information”, which is information that has been stripped of your name and
contact information and combined with information of others so that you cannot reasonably be
identified as an individual, with third parties. This Information is different from
"Individual-level" information and is not Personal Information because it does not identify any
particular individual or disclose any particular individual’s data.
Under certain circumstances, your Personal Information may be subject to processing pursuant to
laws, regulations, judicial or other government subpoenas, warrants, or orders. Green Genomix will
preserve and disclose any and all information to law enforcement agencies or others if required to
do so by law or in the good faith belief that such preservation or disclosure is reasonably
necessary to comply with legal or regulatory processes.
3. Your Rights in Regards to User Information
Subject to certain exceptions, you have a right to request access to your Personal Information and
to be provided with a copy of certain information you provided in a portable form, as well as to
seek to update, delete or correct this information by using the tools described below or by
contacting
You may decide to share your Personal Information with friends and/or family members, doctors or
other health care professionals, and/or other individuals outside of our Services, including through
third-party services such as social networks and third-party apps that connect to our website and
mobile apps through our application programming interface ("API"). These third parties may use your
Personal Information differently than we do under this Privacy Statement. Please make such choices
carefully and review the privacy statements of all other third parties involved in the transaction.
Green Genomix does not endorse or sponsor any API applications and does not affirm the accuracy or
validity of any interpretations made by third party API applications.
4. Account Deletion
If you no longer wish to utilize our Services, or no longer wish to have your Personal Information
be processed, you may delete your Green Genomix user account by contacting us. Once your account is
deleted, all associated Personal Information is deleted and any stored samples are discarded,
subject to the express limitations stated herein and within the Terms of Service.
5. Security
Green Genomix has implemented and maintains a comprehensive information security program designed to
protect our customers’ Personal Information using administrative, physical, and technical
safeguards. The specific security measures used are based on the sensitivity of the Personal
Information collected. We have measures in place to protect against inappropriate access, loss,
misuse, or alteration of Personal Information (including Genetic Information) under our control. We
use secure server software to encrypt Personal Information (including Genetic Information), and we
only partner with security companies that meet and commit to our security standards. While we cannot
guarantee that loss, misuse or alteration of data will not occur, we use reasonable efforts to
prevent this. It is also important for you to guard against unauthorized access to your Personal
Information by maintaining strong passwords and protecting against the unauthorized use of your own
computer or device.
6. Changes to This Statement
We may modify this Privacy Statement at any time, but we will provide prominent advance notice of
any material changes to this Statement, such as posting a notice through the Services, on our
websites, or sending you an email, to provide you the opportunity to review the changes and choose
whether to continue using the Services.
We will also notify you of non-material changes to this Statement as of their effective date by
posting a notice through the Services, on our websites, or sending you an email. Your continued use
of our Services after notice of non-material changes means that you consent to the updated Privacy
Statement.
If you object to any changes, you may delete your account by contacting Green Genomix customer
service.
